PRINTING TECHNOLOGY
Degree upon completion of studies:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Technology
Duration and scope of studies:
3 years, 180 ECTS
Entrance exam:
Combined Test or Mathematics
Summary of the program:
The study program consists of the courses that enable learning about computer graphics as well as traditional and cutting-edge methods and technological processes used in the production of printing plates. It also provides an opportunity for studying both classic and computer-controlled printing and finishing techniques and technologies, as well as the enhancement of different types of packaging materials. The students will familiarize with the machine components, mechanisms, and maintenance systems employed in graphic machines and equipment. They will develop skills for environmental protection and ensuring safe practices when working with machines and materials used in the graphic industry. The study program enables acquiring knowledge in areas such as production organization, production management, quality control, and achieving competitive standards of quality.
Why study Printing Technology Program?
Printing Technology study program provides an opportunity for the students:
• to acquire the skills to create various graphic products using substantial practical and theoretical technical and technological knowledge
• effectively manage and oversee the production process in the graphic industry including organizing and controlling various aspects of production to ensure efficiency and quality
• to independently optimize work technology, utilizing statistical data processing techniques to analyze results and draw meaningful conclusions
• to effectively summarize and present their findings and results, ensuring clear and concise communication of their work
