Basic personal info

Marko Rosić was born in Priboj on July 31st, 1984, where he completed elementary school and the secondary vocational school of electrical engineering, power engineering module. He was awarded many times for his achievements in competitions in the field of electrical engineering.

 

In 2003, he enrolled at Technical Faculty Cacak, on a course Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering module. During his fifth year of studies, he became a student demonstrator, conducting exercises in the subject of Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering at the Technical Faculty. He graduated in September 2008, receiving a diploma with the highest final grade of 10 (his average grade during studies was 9,34). Throughout his studies, he was recognized as the most successful student and the most successful graduate student in the course of Electrical Engineering.

 

Following graduation, in October 2008, he commenced work at the Technical Faculty Cacak as a Teaching Associate. In November 2009, he was appointed to the position of Teaching Assistant at the Technical Faculty Cacak (now the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak), and in 2016, he attained the position of Assistant Professor. In 2021, he was promoted to the position of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, within the Department of Power Engineering, where he still works. 

In 2016, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation titled "Ripple reduction in Direct Torque Control of induction motors by using multilevel comparators" at the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, Power Converters and Driveс module.
